Are You Playing Big Enough? The Business of Executive Coaching for Women.
Spring 2024
Paid small-group coaching programme
(Maximum group size 7)
Please enquire (waiting list for next cohort if fully booked)
Female Executive Coaches statistically earn far less than than their male counterparts for one reason. They don’t get top market rate. And not because of skill. Because they don’t ask. Whether due to of a lack of self belief, gaps in market knowledge, or a hazy understanding of what their rates should be. We aim to fix that.
Over three months, as a group we will talk about money, strategy, business models, and the realities of building a successful coaching business from a standing start. We will create a safe, supportive, confidential space to learn as a group, to be coached and coach one another as peers. We will help each other to grow as business owners, as people and as coaches.
Please note this group is for women who are already qualified Executive Coaches, having completed an ICF accredited, ILM Level 7 course (or equivalent). You will practice as an Executive, Leadership or Team Coach (rather than a life coach, career coach, or niche business coach) and have undertaken at least 50 hours of paid coaching from real clients (not including internal coaching, bartered or token payments - hard cash!).
There will be many, many excellent coaches that don’t meet these criteria, but this group is tightly targeted to those aiming for a specific type of business, who already have some traction.
