I founded Seven Stories Co. from a passion for partnering with people and organisations to make positive, lasting transformations.
I bring to my work 20 years’ experience of driving transformational change in the voluntary and international NGO worlds, often navigating strategic emergencies, complex cultures and thorny performance challenges. I have worked alongside CEOs and Senior Executives during the most challenging times in their careers to bring clarity, help find their own style of powerful communication, and manage through change to create something better.
I coach individuals and teams at all levels of seniority in a wide range of sectors, including luxury, fashion, technology, financial services, and NGO. I also coach and mentor in the start-up and venture capital spaces where rapid growth, volatility and variable management capability can be significant challenges. I’m mother to three young children, and understand the difficulty of combining a high-pressure working environment with family life.
As resident coach at some of the most dynamic businesses in the UK, one of my most valuable skills is being able to get to the heart of personal roadblocks and team dynamics quickly, offering a wide range of tools and techniques to experiment with immediately. I create a space where clients can feel safe to bring their whole selves, feel deeply listened to, and be empowered to take the action they need to create the change they want to see, both at work and in life.
My work is fundamentally values-based. Never afraid to ask the hard questions, I strive to be compassionate, pragmatic, and highly ethical in all I do. The heart of my coaching is always about personal authenticity and growth.

We deliver bespoke projects and larger corporate coaching assignments, including team coaching. All associates have undertaken in-depth, accredited training at post-graduate level and subscribe to the highest ethical standards in coaching.
